You did everything BUT come and collect your misdelivery, which is a form of littering on my property. My numerous efforts only got, "I apologize," FAR TOO MANY TIMES, and, "I contacted the driver" (who will not respond and Grubhub has NO system to find a "supervisor" to clean up the idiot driver's clear and obvious LACK OF QUALIFICATION to deliver to the right building number on the correct street.
The driver drove down my major street, would have had to make no less than two turns to get the the correct street.
Sleepy, stoned driver? Maybe change your name to Stonedhub?

You clowns are good at making money, even with SCREW UPS (some of your employees and their actions), but not good at solving a simple problem that you caused.
User's recommendation: Don't Bother - Walk, Drive or Fly to pick up your order. That way it CANNOT get screwed up in delivery.
Falsely accused of fraud when i’ve been a loyal driver for 3 years
Ive put in thousands and thousands of hours as a driver for grubhub and have treated it like a full time job; its how I support my family with any spare time I have before and after my 12-9 shift day job. However, three weeks ago, GrubHub randomly accused me of abusing the hourly promised pay by scheduling blocks and not fulfilling orders however this is entirely not true and that very day I made $90 in two hours with them.
By accusing me of fraud, they revoked my ability to schedule blocks which means I am now making close to $0 when I go online to drive for them. Ive sent numerous emails, called everyone I can call, and no one has helped me or restored my access to scheduling blocks. This has prevented me from bringing in the extra money that I need to support my one year old child and my wife who is currently pregnant. I have been a loyal driver for grubhub and driven more hours than you could imagine, and this is not the treatment I deserve after everything i have done in partnering with them over the years.
Grubhub has the absolute worst customer service and has been no help whatsoever to me in this incredibly difficult and frustrating time.
They have given no evidence of the fraud the claim ive committed, and they have not shown any consideration for my situation even after all the emails ive sent and calls ive made. I am utterly disgusted with grubhub.

- Dont value their drivers
- Cant speak with management to resolve issues
- Horrible customer service
Preferred solution: Restore my ability to schedule blocks and remove the false claim of fraud from my account.

Stole money from my Venmo account
Don't use ordered Grubhub 1 time on 12/12/2022. They have been taking $10.86 for 9 months out of my Venmo account.
I didn't authorized this. I called their customer service to make a complaint and have this stop immediately. I asked for a refund they said they would only refund me for one month subscription to their program. I never signed up for a program or any subscription on their website.
I ordered food once and that was it. I am now in the process of contacting Better Business Bureau and a lawyer. The customer service woman told me I could not talk to anyone else it was just her and that she would not refund me for the last 9 months subscription. And once again this is why I don't shop online and don't use these applications.
They are thieves. What has this world come to. Full of scams and thieves.
And they can get away with it. Who's going to put a stop to all the nonsense and people being taken advantage of us.
