Scheduled hours

Grub hub told me I had a job not waitlisted. I was told all I needed was to submit new insurance information.

I submitted information, I was lied to. I was sent through hoop after hoop. I was bounced around like a pinball. I spent hours on top of hours with emails and agents.

I was transferred to be hung up on. If they had absolutely no intention of letting me drive as a delivery driver for them, they should have made that clear. Instead, they lied to me and ran me around. I believe they did this because they want a list of egar people ready to drive the second they are needed.

I understand that, but don't tell me I'm ready to drive, all I need to do is resubmit some documents, and I'll be delivering for them. When that was clearly a lie. I have a ticket number, and I have requested that I be given another ticket number including both my problems. I asked for them to send my claim to the highest available person and give me contact information so that I can get a hold of that person.

All I wanted to do was drive. I would have worked the worst hours that nobody else wanted to start. I would have been an excellent addition to their team.

Instead, I have been left feeling like a jerk. I didn't even get an apology.

I recently worked for GrubHub as a delivery driver but then was in the hospital for 26 days because of Covid pneumonia and I lost my spot as a delivery driver and I would like my job back delivering in Fond du Lac Wisconsin

As of Saturday 11/07 at 11:14 was my last offer. I have not gotten an offer since. I have Tasked available for hours at a day, and still no OFFERS. After countless calls to GH tech and help NO Avail.

I recently became a driver and had problems the whole time. My main issue was with instant pay. No one could provide me with an answer or solution. I was sent the same email multiple times and asked to fill out the same form multiple times just for nothing to be fixed. I'm no longer working for this company again and I will never send anyone to work for y'all either

I ordered breakfast, within the reasonable time. The original dilevery time was postponed. When the driver got to the restaurant, I was told they were no longer serving breakfast. The driver was helpful.

i ordered from grubhub as usual, i didn;t recieve my order. he drops off a cold pizza. not to mention i did not get the rest of my order. he said he would go back and get it. hoursl ater no response called his phone, no answer. i paid $40.00 for a family size meal, almost $10.00 for his tip, and taxes. totaling $56.50. I would like my money back. he gives a bad name to your company pleas advise

There's been claims against me that I didn't drop off orders that I know I did and if so we can go to the Mercedes Benz people and get gps to back that I have this is ridiculously silly cause I do this for work I'm processional with it like I already uploaded photos of my reviews on my other driving app so why would I risk my account like that it seems like the customer we just trying to scare GrubHub for free food unfortunately the world is like that these days but I'm a honest hard working man and would like my account back on so I can do my work or at least have access to my funds there's over 150$ on my account I can't reach my numbers changed and emails changed its 702833**** and new email is neillshawn09@***.com my old email is shawnneill65@***.com and old number is 702337****

Cant login into my driver app

I was trying to log on to my driver app almost two weeks ago I tried to notify through email on a form to see if you guys can help me login it just tells me to put my email and password when I do that it asked me for my phone number and then it says the account already exists and it will not let me log in nobody has tried to help me I've lost the job doing this very upset I probably won't hear anything from you that's why I really appreciate a phone call from my phone number is 309-635-****
