Grub hub told me I had a job not waitlisted. I was told all I needed was to submit new insurance information.
I submitted information, I was lied to. I was sent through hoop after hoop. I was bounced around like a pinball. I spent hours on top of hours with emails and agents.
I was transferred to be hung up on. If they had absolutely no intention of letting me drive as a delivery driver for them, they should have made that clear. Instead, they lied to me and ran me around. I believe they did this because they want a list of egar people ready to drive the second they are needed.
I understand that, but don't tell me I'm ready to drive, all I need to do is resubmit some documents, and I'll be delivering for them. When that was clearly a lie. I have a ticket number, and I have requested that I be given another ticket number including both my problems. I asked for them to send my claim to the highest available person and give me contact information so that I can get a hold of that person.
All I wanted to do was drive. I would have worked the worst hours that nobody else wanted to start. I would have been an excellent addition to their team.
Instead, I have been left feeling like a jerk. I didn't even get an apology.

Because my account frozen and my funds that were on there r unreachable
There's been claims against me that I didn't drop off orders that I know I did and if so we can go to the Mercedes Benz people and get gps to back that I have this is ridiculously silly cause I do this for work I'm processional with it like I already uploaded photos of my reviews on my other driving app so why would I risk my account like that it seems like the customer we just trying to scare GrubHub for free food unfortunately the world is like that these days but I'm a honest hard working man and would like my account back on so I can do my work or at least have access to my funds there's over 150$ on my account I can't reach my numbers changed and emails changed its 702833**** and new email is neillshawn09@***.com my old email is shawnneill65@***.com and old number is 702337****
