This delivery company has ticked me off for the last time. I work most weekends, so I would order food thru Grubhub.

But every weekend for about 6 weeks straight Grubhub’s drivers either would show up 2+ hours late, or not at all. After so many complaints to Grubhub, they thought it would be nice of them to give me a $20 credit, so I ordered again, and still received the same result. I contacted Grubhub, and this time the rep just said, oh sorry, we have tried to contact the driver and their not answering their phone, but we can see he’s in route to you, just allow 10 more minutes. I called the Restaurant and they said, Grubhub haven’t come picked your order up yet.

I am so over Grubhub. Anybody reading this UBEREATS is always on time.

Reason of review: Drivers and customer service is horrible.

Grubhub Cons: Drivers either not showing up or arriving 2 hours late.
