I am a restaurant vendor with Grubhub. Just took ownership of a restaurant and wanted to update contact information and banking details, there are no changes to the menu.

All Grubhub has been doing, is throwing me around, different customer representative telling me I have different account managers and I can ONLY speak to them to resolve my issue, and that there is NOTHING they can do if it is not related to an order. They at least provided me with my account managers' contact information but my account mangers does not reply to me after daily contact and notes being left for them. Until the account manager finally did reply, I came to learn about the false promises/information that was given to me such as account can be backtracked $$ and putting the restaurant off-line for account set up (will be back up in 24 hours if I filled out the new contracts and forms, which I did immediately, but restaurant has been off-line for a week). I signed all the documents I was given immediately and then another account manager reaches out to me to fill out the exact same documents when I told him I already signed them.

He eventually bad mouth the other representative saying I was probably put on the bottom of his list so he has not been replying to me. After I filled out the documents for the 2nd time. He then tells me I have to be referred to the previous representative but the previous account manager is out on vacation and can not assist me. I was not going to wait another week for no resolution.

I did ask the 2nd account manager to assist me but restaurant is still on hold and in pending status. This has been on-going and still not resolved into the 3rd week, telling me that the account is still being "set up" and will be online soon.

Note this is not the only online order company my restaurant works with but it is one of the popular ones in the city, yet other companies resolved the issue within 1-2 days while Grubhub is taking who knows how long? This is truly upsetting and I am deeply disappointed in their customer service and work ethics.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Hire better employees, provide better training.

They have very poor customer service. Do yourself a favor if you want your food actually delivered instead of constantly getting a refund because of some inept customer service representative and look elsewhere.
