Poor service

my order was canceled by you after the driver could not find my address even though I was on the phone with him giving him directions to my address. My address is Crystal clear in my GrubHub file and Im a Paul that he could not find it it was not willing to work with me to find it.

He left the food in front of someone elses apartment and went away. I am awaiting my refund which I was promised the night of the incident.

Bad service

The order was canceled by you after the driver was unable to find my address, even though I was on the phone with him telling him how to find my address he left the food in front of someone elses apartment and went away. The directions to my address are Crystal clear in my file and Im appalled that someone is not able to figure it out. Please refund my money as Ive been waiting almost a week.

Non-delivery of food

Never delivered food, offered some ridiculous address in Long Island. Called GrubHub, never answered.

Call the company delivering the food told me to call GrubHub. Very awful service. This is supposed to be simple food delivery, and they can't even do that right anymore. Why is that?

Money. That's it, money. I want my money back. I was charged for food that was never delivered, and I am sick and tired of spending time that I don’t have to try to recover money that I’ve never received for services that I haven’t gotten.

Is that enough for you?

Terrible company

Grubhub is the worst company whose service I used. They work with fraudulent vendors who deliver terrible quality goods.

They lied to me about my refund, and it has never arrived. A terrible customer service agent told me it's the end of his day and he doesn't have time to deal with my issue and told me to call my bank, even though I told him I had called my bank already three times before contacting Grubhub.

They are just stealing your money. Absolutely disgusting and a terrible experience.

Ordered AA batteries from CVS. Driver delivered AAA instead.

Requested a refund, now Im unable to place any more orders with any restaurant/store. I get an error about a credit card authorization hold which should be resolved in 24 hours. Its not a credit card, its campus payroll deduction. Ive been trying for two days to get a resolution.

Its pointless to continue reporting the issue that they claim has been fixed.

As of right now, Im still unable to place an order with any restaurant/store. This is completely unacceptable.

I tried to call grub hub but I could not get someone to talk to

When calling the operator, I list the reason for the call, but it does not allow me to talk to someone about my problem. I want to cancel my monthly charges, but I cannot talk to anybody about it. You have the worst customer service policy.

GrubHub is a crook

Don't use this company. They do not care about customers.

They have bad drivers and good luck getting what you pay for.

There are better companies out there. Shame on grubhub

Ok, I am going on a rant about a bad company. There seems to be some new way Grubhub has decided to make money.

They put in place this number to text if you get your order. But the issue is if you accidentally tap it, the driver just leaves your food somewhere on the street, and you have to pay because you texted. LOL, I will never use this company again, and God help anyone like me with a dog who jumps up as you accidentally touch the texting button. Loss of $74.94 is not funny.

I just hope whoever gets my food enjoys it, but the sad thing is most likely it is going to spoil wherever they left it, and my name is in it, so I will get in trouble with the HOA as the ants move in on it. Never use Grubhub.

Put your phone down. They send texts. “Order confirmed, driver picking up order, driver approaching with order.” There is no need to interact with their site after the order is placed.

I placed an order at a fast-food joint on 7/4/25 that was never received. The photo sent by the GrubHub driver shows delivery to someone else's house.

I contacted both the restaurant and GrubHub for a refund. The restaurant told me they bear no responsibility as GrubHub is a third-party vendor. I then tried to contact GrubHub via their website but was told two things: that I did not qualify for the GrubHub Guarantee, and that I only had 24 hours to file a complaint. I did both of these actions during the holiday period, fully expecting to hear from GrubHub customer service regarding my refund, but I was refused.

I entered all these facts in the surveys GrubHub sent to me and tried everything to contact the corporate office. I don't think it's fair or good business practice to deny paying back a customer who never received their order because the issue wasn't reported within 24 hours.

I reported this the same day, but with the long holiday weekend, no one was available to respond. That's why I feel defrauded: my food order cost me nearly $50.00, and I can't find anyone who will listen to me or initiate a refund!

Exact same situation happened to me on the same holiday. It was my first time trying Grub Hub.

Only difference was that they did replace my order.

I didn't end up getting my food until about 11 pm that night, but at least they did replace it. I wish they would have followed the instructions for my order and called me if they were lost because they literally took a picture of my order in front of the wrong address!

Wrong product

I have text and emailed multiple times and keep proceeding the kids vitamin instead of the adult vitamin. I now have four packages of child vitamins and need to exchange for adult vitamins. Im getting very frustrated.

Wow, I had a great experience recently with getting my [product/service] looked at! The service was super speedy, which I really appreciated because I was in a rush.

They figured out what the problem was pretty quickly, and now it's going to take a few days to fix. Plus, they sent me an email to keep me updated, which is always a bonus!
