Ordered at 9:41. Have waited and now it's 11:50 PM and still waiting on food.
Contacted Taco Bell and said they'd take care of it! Driver has been waiting.
This is unacceptable; please refund our order and send a coupon to order another time. Again, unacceptable.

No delivery driver showing up to get my order
This is the 3rd time that a delivery driver hasn't shown up or has shown up 2 hours later with cold food. I'm done using your services.
If you decide to get reliable drivers, please let me know. In the meantime, I will not be utilizing your services.

Preferred solution: I would like to know when you have reliable delivery drivers that show up on time and actually deliver in a timely period. Not 2 hours later or not showing up at all.

DO NOT DRIVE FOR GRUB HUB BECAUSE THEY BLOCK YOUR ACCOUNT FOR NOTHING THEY ARE SCAMMERS
As of yet you have not reset my account so I can log in I don't know what your issue is and why you deactivated my account at this time I am going to go ahead and get a hold of my attorney if I do not hear from somebody regarding reactivating my account because I have to update my information within 24 hours I will be contacting my attorney to see if we can push forward with the legal aspect of this case

Rice is hard and nasty. Rest of meal was good.

- - Deactivated for driving two weeks in a row after scheduling.
- - Weekends have more time; scheduling is done to fit free moments.
I am concerned that I have been deactivated 2 weeks in a row after scheduling driving. I have been all set to start my schedule and found that I was deactivated once again.
I scheduled in the best time that I could have to drive and during the week I will schedule as I could have time. The weekends I have more time and that's the reason why I pre-schedule these are times that I do have free and available without any interruptions.

I didnt make the change and I received a notification from my bank that a charge was made oh this is the worst cs l have ever encountered

Understand a company cannot reverse payment to the original payment. That's not fair. This is sad that I called customer service with no help.

Why are you still charging me when cancelled
GrubHub cannot cancel the charge that I keep getting because they cannot find the old canceled account through phone numbers or email old and new phone numbers and email. If it was just canceled properly.
I wouldn't be having this issue now. I will call the bank and dispute the charge thank you.

Did you request or convey in the comments of the delivery what you wanted to drive it to do. There is a comment section there that you can actually instruct the driver and what to do.
I've gotten many orders where the diner has instructed to ring the bell when you arrive. There has been times also where I did not get an instruction to ring the bell but there was raining outside or the weather was bad and I tried ringing the bell or contacting the diner by phone and got no answer. I'm not sure if you're saying that the food was ruined by the driver leaving the food outside for a long time or maybe the order is not exactly right or food became bad.
You can also track the driver and where he or she is all the way up to your doorstep. Most times orders are sealed so that the driver does not have access to the food.
