If you want to work for this company, don't. They do slime ball stuff like when you press accept , they periodically charge it as a miss assignment.

Their driver support and customer service reps aren't in the same country. Multiple times I pressed accept a order and they marked it as miss.

The ghost of technical support is a department that doesn't have a phone, not even making chat box. You have to email them. They don't respond back. And everytime you tell them they don't they just tell you to fill out another request form.

I have complaints I sent to technical support that's dated back 8 months ago. On the app and the email they send it days they'll get back to you in 3-5 business days. I have over 30 complaints that has never been attended to. They don't do any incentives compared to doordash and Uber.

I worked 13 hours on Thursday and made zero dollars. I have 2 days last week besides that , that I was giving 1 order. Chasing hot zones. This job is not rocket science.

If doordash says go to the hot zone, you are getting orders, same with Uber. Grubhub on the other hand doesn't respect their drivers. All of the drivers say the same thing. They hire reps from other countries that don't know our labor laws.

This is the worst company out of all the delivery service. Us drivers been complaining for months and their last update didn't trouble shoot any of the problems but it was a cosmetic update. As if any drivers care how this app looks. This company needs to be sued.

They do what they want and hide behind service reps that aren't in your country and all they say is we don't speak to the higher ups. Smh

Refund policy and charging more than my receipt

I placed an order, one item missing, the rest of the order was not eatable. I have a receipt that was adjusted for 7.52, they charged me 20.20.
Customer Service claims that they don't see the receipt that I see showing only 7.52
I have been waiting over a week for a refund and they keep transferring me to specialists that do not help anymore than the regular Customer Service.
Their book keeping is terrible. Their Customer Service is polite but not able to help
They still owe me 12.68

This is our first time with grub hub and I was actually surprised that a 25% $11.91 tip was added without my authorization. I paid the driver cash when he delivered. The customer service representative refunded us without an issue. She was very good and we appreciate the refund. Thank you
