This happened in Englewood, Colorado. The drivers name is Kristopher (p: 940-442-9358) and he at first went to the wrong building.
After calling and figuring out where he was he commented that, "this complex is too confusing and everyone else here who orders food pays at least $10" (we gave over a 15% tip). Then he calls, mumbles a few inaudible words and hangs up before I could even ask what he said. After roughly 5 more minutes I decide to go down to my complex lobby (I'm on the 4th floor) and there is my food, sitting up against the wall. This driver deserves to be fired as this is not acceptable.
I'm not even fully worried about the fact that my food could have been stolen but in a world like today's you never know what a stranger may do (poison or spit came to my mind). Customer service was polite but everyone else out there deserves to know.
