I have ordered a number of times through GrubHub. The first couple experiences were ok.

Then a restaurant I ordered from delivered and gave me a coupon for "my first order using GrubHub". Really?? I just ordered food from you using this site... Next order I received an email saying my order was being prepared, as well as a text saying the same.

I also received a confirmation email and money was taken from my account then was told the order was cancelled! Really?? They don't deal with places that are reputable at all! This should have been checked before sending any email or text and most of all taking my money!

It's 9 degrees outside and I'm not as young as I used to be. My funds are limited and this was a treat for myself.

Now have to wait for funds to be refunded before I can go to a store to purchase food. GrubHub is NOT the way to go, order directly from local restaurants.

Product or Service Mentioned: Grubhub Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Not as described.

Monetary Loss: $20.

Preferred solution: delete my account and dont email or text me ever again.

I didn't like: Left me hungry, Communication between grubhub and providers, Inability to provide service expected.
