Food delivery is important and should be delivered on time, with an intact order. With Grubhub, you're dealing with an additional layer of bureaucracy.
I used Grubhub for work, 7 times, and it failed 3 times. As a Grubhub user you have to coordinate any food that was missing or mishap orders. Grubhub says they'll do it, but has never done a job or represent the needs of the consumer. Just find the restaurant you want to order from and call direct.
Simple. If the order is incorrect upon delivery you have a direct person to talk with, that can arrange immediate needs since you are the customer. Grubhub is not the customer from the restaurants point of view. This Grubhub model is a tragic mess - avoid it as much as possible.
If you do use it, then use it for personal use, because if you use the the service for work, you'll look like an *** to your co-workers and management. Gruhub is a horrible service to consumers.
