Used tonight fir the first time because I was sick and doc said don't get out of bed. I downloaded app, shopped decided on subway...put my order in....about 20 later GrubHub customer service calls and says that Subway can't fill order because they are out of what they need to fill it?

So I call subway and the guy says What? No they didn't get an order for me. So desperate I look up another sandwich shop on the app and place another order...the app says wait will be approx 45 so ok....after an hour and the email confirming the order was received and on its way I call the sandwich shop to see of order had left...the guy says No! We don't have and order for you, I say but I have confirmation email??

so I'm on my way out the door to go get food and get a text from GrubHub saying my order has been cancelled? WTF?

i come home to an email saying they will refund in 3-5 days...outrageou! The bill me for two meals and never deli ever my food.
