I placed an order at 11:50am. It told me that I would have my order around 12:45-12:50.
Well that time kept changing over and over again. I finally called after my latest time changed to 2:45. According to their customer service, the time kept changing because they didn't have a driver assigned to my order. Which I asked if that were the case, why was I given a time to begin with?
No response. Then they proceeded to tell me that my order would arrive shortly. All the while the estimated time of delivery kept increasing.
I finally asked for a refund since I'd already been waiting over 2 hours to get lunch. I will NEVER use their services again.
