I'm reaching out since I got a really poor response from the restaurant for an order I placed through grubhub. I understand this is not GH's fault but its with restaurants they have tied up with.
I ordered dinner from Viceroy, Devon on 04/19. There were pieces of plastic in the food. I called them three times right away (Past 10pm) once I got the food and they never picked up. The order was 30 mins late and they later offered only a 5$ refund for a 50$ order and was offered a 10$ coupon from GH.
Restaurant said mistakes happen and they cant help me in this situation.
I truly had one of the worst experience and customer service. I really hope I could either get a full refund for my order or a compensation for this experience.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $50.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
