Grubhub - "Food Delivery"
Have had problems with Grubhub before but this was mind blowing. 51.25$ Waited for a while past due time with my door open and occasionally stepping outside.
After several notifications and after an hour the food was supposed to be delivered i had chat with grubhub . They said the driver attempted to deliver but with no response and no cell answers. This was false. I told them i had been waiting and in plain sight but had no contact with the driver.
Pretty much told me too bad, no refund cause i had not been there for delivery. Gave me a coupon worth less than what was stolen from me. Expires in 30 days. DRIVER GOT TO KEEP THE FOOD AS WELL.
at least return it to the restaurant and i can pick it up? Should be a fee not take the whole amount and my food.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $51.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
