The customer service team is horrible. I had 5 minutes left to end my blocks and I send me an order then I called them to re assign to another driver then they said that will count against to me as rejection and I was tried to explain to them that I have only 5 minutes left to end my block and I can't finish the delivery with in 5 minutes but they won't listen and care what you are saying. I don't recommend to drive with them and also they give an order like 10 yo 15 mile away plus once you arrived at the restaurant to pick up food and when the restaurants closed they don't compensate for your time and mile

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

the driver care service is more than awful, calling terrible is a nice work for them, my first day working with them, they send me an order to deliver 6 large pizza, i don't have the equipment for that and they put the order as rejection so affect my acceptance rate.

almost all the time you have to drive too many miles to a restaurant and the customer lives pretty close to the place, so you spend a lot of money on gas and GH only pay you 1 mile from restaurant to customer house.

I tried the service once and thought it was terrible. It would have been faster to go to the restaurant myself and get it. Don't bother calling customer service, your better off talking to the wall
