I am not very impressed with this company. I ordered food from this company and the driver never showed up.

I was waiting out in the snow for twenty minutes. When I called up the customer care service I was told that they would give me a discount on my next order. I do not believe that this addressed the issue at hand. After waiting outside for twenty minutes and not receiving my food I no longer wanted to do business with this entity.

A refund, rather than a discount, would have been more appropriate. If your business specializes in delivering food-I simply ask that your business delivers the food.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: I am angry and I am a Marketing major. My solution: 1.) Use Market Research 2.) Find out which websites will garner the most impressions among your intended target audience 3.) Write terrible reviews on these websites Buzz Marketing gone wrong.

Grubhub Cons: Waiting out in the snow for food that never cam.

Did you tip them? As a driver I avoid orders where the customer did not tip, as do many others. It's just not worth it to travel, especially in weather conditions, for a $3-4 order.

You spent 20 minutes outdoors, in the cold, awaiting a food delivery ?

In that much time I could have whipped up a delicious, healthy meal at 1/4 the cost.

Quit being so lazy ( you'll have to shop, put away, cook, and clean up ) and you'll eat a whole lot better for less money and frustration.
