I ordered food on Grubhub (Order # 277001843134855). The website sent an email confirming delivery within 55 minutes.

Approximately, an hour and 15 minutes later, I contact Grubhub's customer care and I was a free meal on next order. After explaining the customer care executive that I was hungry and needed food (not coupons) I was told the restaurant was closed and he again offered a free meal the next time I ordered food on Grubhub. I tried explaining that I was hungry (it was 1AM and not many places were open) and if I could get food when I needed but was offered a $10 coupon!

The customer rep and delivery service seemed very unprofessional. I declined the freebies but would never order at Grubhub.

I always snack on customers food


Sounds like a problem with the restaurant, not grubhub. What did you expect them to do, make you a sandwich?


Anytime u have a problem with any business u contact Better Business Bureau they will guarantee your refund no business wants to deal with the BBB.
