My husband placed an order at 9pm and an hour & a 1/2 later our food had not been delivered. He called grubhub and they told us the restaurant was closed and the order would be delivered when they open tomorrow.

Who orders food 15 hours in advance??! Now all other restaurants are closed and we can't place an order. The customer service representative my husband spoke with didn't seem to care so I contacted them myself. They told me the order had been canceled and asked if there was anything else they could do?

Obviously the order had been canceled! They offered me no help whatsoever! Well if you consider $5 in grubhub money helpful! That's nothing and this is the second time this has happened!

I want them to correct the issue and prevent this from happening again!! I am so disappointed with this company.
