Called Grub-hub at 7:24 pm - 2 Hours later and no food, call restaurant there not responsible been done and sitting 55 minutes, no driver ever showed. Called Grub-hub customer care they said there working on it 83 minutes later.

We left went to restaurant, picked up food which was cold and terrible, returned and still no driver assigned, cancelled order. I guess the really bad English foreign speaking customer care rep didn't understand or care, too bad they will not be here long. You would figure that if you are a service delivery company this would be your priority.

I have used this service 6 times and 3 are bad and 3 are late. This was the last time, Good riddance....have a nice day!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $101.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: There is no concrete communication between grubhub and providers, False advertising.

Just called regarding an issue with a delivery driver, YET AGAIN, and found out that they have moved their call centers to Mexico and Honduras- which is possibly why they're not doing much to resolve complaints. After this, I may consider UberEats or DoorDash.

I no longer use this service, they are absolutely terrible!! No refund or customer service call, you can't help feeling they can care less.

They got my money but no more.....
