So my account was hacked. Someone spent 188 dollars and took complete control of the account.

Not only that, but even after I talked to customer service, they couldnt close the account!! I asked, could they continue to order on my behalf? The answer is YES. They were able to erase ONE card off that account but not the others?

I get the feeling, it was an inside job. There "Fraud Department" is non existent. Ofcourse I contacted my bank, but due to the fact i had multiple cards on the account in which GrubHub refused to ***, I had to cancel 9 credit cards. *** GRUBHUB.

If it hasnt happened to you, your blessed, but the day it does, your ***!!!!!!

Reason of review: Fraud within GRUBHUB.

Monetary Loss: $188.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Grubhub Cons: There customer service and fake fraud department, Will not cancel your account when fraud is reported.

Why in the he'll would you tie 9 credit cards to this app? Never mind the fact that for some reason you have 9 credit cards. Kind of sounds like your own *** fault to me

You’re an a$&@?/e, and probably a hacker yourself anonymous. None of your business why the customer added 9 cards to that account or why they have 9 cards; 9 or 1 the account was still hacked and (more than likely the company you work for) grubhub really did nothing about it.

What does your comment have to do with the question? The customer certainly can’t go back and change the fact that 9 cards were added to the account so wtf. Get a life with your miserable *** and stop trying to make people feel like the idiot you obviously are.... when they’re already going through stressful ish like this.

Perhaps if you wanted to advise not to use 9 cards again you could have done so in a much more considerate way than you did. You are not providing a solution to this problem and I don’t think you were asked for a solution to a future problem...
