Grubhub - Like to harass their customers with text messages
While technically they did their job, they have lost my business. Have now sent me 5 text messages even after asking them to stop multiple times. Last one was almost 10 at night asking me to review the restaurant I had purchased from a week ago. If I wanted to give a review I would.
Avoid if you can, bet they will start selling off my phone number next. Absolutely ridiculous companies can keep telling their customers they hate them and people keep using them.
Remember, only you can stop companies like this by not using them. If they hate their customers, there is no reason they should stay in business.
