The first time I tried to order I was told the restaurant was closing soon and they could not deliver (it was 5:10pm). I called the restaurant and they said they were not delivering that day.
Second time I ordered I got an email saying they canceled my order. No reason given. When I chatted to them that I wished to cancel my account, they asked why and I told them. They apologized saying the restaurant did not have an available driver.
Excuse me, but isn't this app for food DELIVERIES???
GrubHub only has about 7 restaurants in my area, and 2 of them are unable to deliver food. I really don't need them; I just thought I'd take advantage of their $12 coupon to try a restaurant I hadn't heard of before. No loss.
