I ordered through grub hub one time.It took 2 hours for my food to show up.
I was on chat with grub hub trying to cancel my order when the food finally showed up. I was told by the rep that she was going to apply a credit to my account. That never happened. I will not order from grub hub again.
I would rather just throw a frozen pizza in the oven. It won't be good, but at least I know when I'll get it.
They still send me emails even after I requested to unsubscribed.This company has no clue.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of lateness of service and lack of correcting issues. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of pizza. Grubhub needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
