I placed an order on 15th October 2017 at 8:00 PM and initial estimated delivery showed 8:50 PM. At around 8:50 PM I can see the order status changed to 9:50 PM and within few minutes it was updated to 10:50 PM.

After chatting with customer support for 30 min, they say restaurant cannot deliver at the moment and they would have to cancel the order. This was very disappointing, as I had some friends come over to have a dinner. I would never order from Grubhub and recommend all not to order from Grubhub.

The service is pathetic and customer support response is slow. Better look for other options not to face such situation.
