Once Grub Hub makes a mistake, good luck getting it resolved!
Grub Hub charged my aunt's card instead of mine. (she lives on the other side of the country) and we did not authorize them to use her card instead of mine.
She made a purchase through them 2 years ago and they retained her card information some how)
When I placed the order their website showed my card!
4 phone calls later they say they will refund my aunt, but how?
I told her to cancel her card and make the bank issue a new card for her security.
They are not allowed to talk directly to the banks!
They can't make any phone calls!
Now after another transfer to a supervisor I'm "on a brief hold".
Now the supervisor says "their working on it" and will call me back (I a few thought they were not allowed to make calls) in "just a few minutes"....We'll see...
They called back and told me to talk to my aunt's bank and resolve it yourself because we can' do anything here!

Preferred solution: Grub Nub should refund my aunt in full by check (she cancelled the card) and fix their poor business practices..
