Grubhub - Poor Customer Service
I ordered through Grubhub today for On-the-Border (Chicken Fajita Classic) at about 10:50 AM. My order was delivered about 11:30 (on time).
The problem is when I opened the bag and there was no tortillas fortunately I was able to catch the driver and send it back with him. Who wants fajitas without tortillas? I immediately called GrubHub and I was on hold for over 15 minutes while they figured it out. I was told by Miriam that Grubhub would only refund me money for the order and not delivery fee or the tip (which I would let the driver keep the tip) because the order was delivered, but it was an incomplete order.
She wanted to offer me a $5 coupon to offset the difference that I will not get back and I politely said no thanks.
I will never order from them again. Customer service sucks.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $600.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
