I was charged for 2 items and only received one order.

I was charged $27.04 for an order on 1-8-25 at Crackerbarrel. I ordered a chicken dinner and a shrimp item.

I only received a partial delivery. I texted and was texted back that there was nothing they could do.

If you look up my order that was received, that is the correct amount that I shouldve been charged.

Please credit my account with the difference.

My credit card ending in 4976 was charged for 2 items and I only received one item of shrimp.

GrubHub has messaged me requesting the phone number of the person even though I stated that the person has given a false number but did give his actual name I've since them looked the person up on Facebook and it was on fact his name he did lie about the town he lived in but I really didn't want to know where he lived this person hit me with his car said he didn't have his insurance info on him at the time he was working a delivery and have us some true but mostly false information he injured me and because he didn't give me insurance info I can not afford the Dr bill so I have not been able to sell treatment now due to my knee being injured and not attended to my back has been going out on me.I don't know what to do from this point and it's frustrating that I didn't deserve to get his and injured them ignored when at first all I wanted was treatment now I want compensation from Loss of time and wages Wich is about 20,000 in total so far that's not including medical treatment

I was hit five months ago in a crosswalk by one of your drivers who was completely at fault. I was knocked off my bike while crossing the street in the crosswalk. Your driver was distracted by the lights of other cars in traffic while he was attempting a right-hand turn and did not look my way to see me as a pedestrian. I had stopped and made sure he was also stopped before I entered the road in the crosswalk, but he accelerated, knocking me off my bike onto the road he was turning onto.

Luckily, the oncoming traffic had subsided and I wasn't hit again. The driver stopped and apologized for his negligence, claiming he was blinded by oncoming headlights from traffic, but he neglected to look both ways and again accelerated into a crosswalk without checking in all directions.

I have since tried to contact the person at fault with no responses. I did not go to the doctor because I was hoping that the pain and injury would eventually subside. My reasoning for that is I've been injured, broken, and have overcome all despite doctors telling me it wasn't possible. I am tired of dealing with doctors.

As the driver was informed, I had just recovered from an injury at work and was finally released from doctor and work compensation to be able to return to work. Due to being injured again, I have been unable to return to work despite my efforts to do so.

I am at a loss as to what to do and really don't want to involve a lawyer. I just concluded a lawsuit that I won. It took six months, was very time consuming, and I wish not to go through that again. However, I do have sufficient evidence, witnesses, and injury to win a case against this driver.

I wish to possibly resolve this without having to go to court, but if I cannot get the cooperation from GrubHub, I will take this person to court and name his employer, and without a doubt, win this case.

So please, if you can help me in this situation, it would be in the best interest of all involved to do so. I await your prompt response and understanding, knowing your employee was completely and admittedly at fault. Please, settle this matter with urgency.

A family member had created an account to utilize as work I had also utilized the account verifying my information this was years ago. I had recently applied to be a driver but was informed my information was still connected to the previous owners account and that they would have to call and submit a request. The previous owner did that Grubhub still told them they could not remove my personal information from the account and suggested I get a new number and apply that way

App wasn't working sometimes you need to have people take the order it says you I could talk to the person on go to my account and I can talk to someone not no one and I had to call I had to Google yo

I didn't have a good experience with you two days in a row one the app didn't work at the end after I ordered everything and went to check out it said sorry something went wrong both times the guy I called I googled your number and I called and the guy told me he sees the account but he doesn't know why I'm not set up for that I filled out the form and the girl couldn't the second time I called the girl couldn't find anything she needs retraining

Identify theft

Grubhub - Identify theft

I'm abroad half the year, and my NYC home was broken into. I have the police reports dating back to 12/2/23.

They said that the case has been opened and they're working on it. I'm requesting my stolen money be returned and whatever accounts in my name, or three of my emails, they have been using, be closed and refunded.

Please and thanks for your help. I can provide over three to five reports since this on other cards and use of my SSI numbers.

I called Grubhub for a delivery but unknowingly somehow was placed for pickup (I thought it meant that Grubhub would pickup) why would I call Grubhub for pickup because if thats what I wanted I would have called the restaurant myself. I was charged for the meal even though I couldnt drive to get it to get a partial amount of my money back I was given a $25 coupon to only be used with Grubhub.better than nothing I guess - ugh!!!

Will not allow me to login “can’t update password right now”

The customer service lady only said maybe 3 sentences to me. She would not talk to me, she would not answer questions.

She kept putting me on hold in the middle of me speaking. She then when I was on hold for 7 min (I assume it was hold because she wouldnt speak) called me from a different Grubhub number. I clicked over and no one answered, I clicked over and it was asking me to leave a review, by the time I clicked back over and I hadnt entered a number the call dropped.

She purposely tried to trick the system so I could not leave a review. Shame on her (I have a video of the entire conversation and proof she did this)

I will never use this app and use DoorDash only.
