My order hasnt showed up it does not say who

Is delivering it and has not showed up. How am I supposed to to know who it is if they dont put a name of the delivery driver?

Order was delivered wrong and cold. The customer care guy was very helpful and understanding, and I have received a total refund for the order. I am very grateful for that because I cannot eat onions, for I am allergic to them.

I feel good that GH solved my problem. Within minutes I was informed of facts about my enquiry and got this resolved.

I've been waiting to become a driver for over three months now and they're still telling me that there is no available spot. This is ridiculous already.

The agent was able to answer all of my questions. He was very helpful with what I needed to talk about.

Hello??? I want to change my delivery area because it is far from where I live. I understand if there is a waitlist, but I want to change it please

How did you get that? I can't get back down there again.

OK, I did not get half of my order. Nathan said there were two bags. I only got one. I am missing a cheese fry and two large orders of fries.

It's part of my dinner. I want them here.

She was a wonderful lady. I love her communication skills and kindness.

As a driver, I would love to have this kind of wonderful agent in Grubhub. Also, I want to say to this girl, even though I don't remember her name, but I am sure my comments will find you and you are the best. You care about drivers' problems and you are willing to solve them, unlike the first agent. But I don't want to be negative about anyone; the last agent was wonderful with me.

She just ended the call without saying anything. I am shocked why they don't want to answer the calls.

I have been waiting for 20 minutes to connect, but they just ignore the calls, which is ridiculous. Shame on you guys. We are calling you because we need your help. We can do nothing, but you can.

I had to change my bank info Friday, 24th. The earnings page was showing me 48.69. All weekend I could see the 48.69; now it is not showing, and I haven't received it.

I deliver for GrubHub for about 10 months and I fell and broke my leg and so we had to take time off tried to activate my account back and it still hasnt been activated back still cannot get it and love driving for GrubHub and delivering for GrubHub very I enjoyed the job a lot, but I cannot seem to get back on there so not very happy with that. I joined GrubHub+ through my Amazon Prime offer and it says $0 delivery fees, reduced service fees, and $10 off orders $20+.

I verified each merchant had a plus tag before ordering. I see now that all orders I have placed after joining have no discounts applied.

I did not order from GH before joining plus through Amazon and I see on my credit card I was charged full price every time.

I am owed around or more than $75

Am experiencing identity theft and nobody want to get involved. Now they tell me my account is in active.
