Grubhub told me to contact you to request a refund on the product that they are out of, 9 count orange mini scones. I was charged for the scones and need to be refunded for the scones. Thank you.

So far can’t deliver for them,,, they must be a elite company hiring only fake phone people
After I gave my SS number and bank account information, my account was rejected for no reason. I'm concerned about this.

Delivery Drivers
No good drivers deliver late food. Cool, no hot bags smell bad. I have my own delivery drivers, and *** takes the money for the delivery fee, and I have to pay a double delivery fee.

Very poor delivery
If you get food, it is cold. They changed delivery time.
Last 3 orders: 1 not delivered, 1 short, no help on phone. Gives refund but no food!

I only gave one star because theyhaven’t resolved my issue for two yrs I won’t pay for meals I never received ! I explained everything a few times in these past years, asking them to clear this up.
I have not been able to order through Grubhub for a couple years because they wont clear up the problem of two orders that I had back then that were delivered to someone else It was admitted by them that this was true but Im unable to order

They cancelled my order spontaneously then refused to fix the problem
They canceled my order without warning and then absolutely refused to do anything about it. Now I am out a serious amount of money and have absolutely no food.

Grub hub canceled my order last minute for no reason known to me wouldnt refund me my tip or fee of $55

Grubhub did not feel that receiving the wrong order required a full refund. I felt that since i didn’t get supper, my food should have been replaced or the order should have been completely refunded. Grubhub thought i should pay all order taxes and fees totaling $16 after the entree cost was removed while ONLY getting an iced tea.
Food was not what I ordered. I spent $32 and received inedible food: a rainbow poke bowl and a Thai tea.
You refunded me $16, so I paid $16 for a Thai tea. This is not acceptable.

I only tried your company once and the driver lied a out train tracks and where it was picked a d delivered there were none. Yh

I sold my restaurant and the website is still taking orders
- - Restaurant sold; new owners stopped using Grubhub.
- - Cancellation blocked; not the account holder.
- - Orders may still be sent but won't be cooked.
I sold my restaurant several months ago. The new owners decided to not use Grubhub anymore.
I notified Grubhub of this and they said I couldn't cancel the account because supposedly Im not the account holder. They have my email and I answered all their questions, but thats not good enough.
I told them they can continue sending orders but we arent getting them so they wont get cooked. They said ok?
