I applied about 4 years ago and have been put on the runaround. I have been put on the waitlist..
I follow up and get the same run around.
I currently work for other gig apps and have had no problem. I have numerous emails where I was put on the wait list, then taken off, and had to apply again.

The driver picked up my food and went 20 minutes all the way need to drop something off by time. I got my food.
It was not even edible. You cant even microwave it so bad.
User's recommendation: Beware of your drivers pick up my food and then go 20 minutes all the way and then bring it back and it’s ice cold in the microwave so bad
System fail to check me out. I have credit and it says two payment not allowed. Credit and payment.
First issue last time. No delivery of ordered food.
Etc. somehow the data file was corrupted. With no numerical address only a street. Then there was incorrect phone number.
Pleased GH agreed to order cancellation and refund. Except it was in the way of a GH credit. I attempted to place an order today and the system kept saying I was trying to use two types of payment and to remove the promo. There was no promo code.
The phone call offered me no solution to the problem.
Oh by the way the corrupted info was supposed to have been updated in the system. Surprise!!!i. The info never updated and was incorrect when I opened it today. I made new changes in the profile today.

I talked to the young man on the phone and he left it in the middle of the ground as if that was OK. I need all of my money back and no, he does not. I'm not giving him any either.

Where is my food
Food finally arrived on time. Originally at 4:29 it said delivery by 5:09 and 5:45.
Great as I had an appointment at 6:30. Then I received a text message saying order delayed between 5:53 and 6:08. Not happy about that.
Called Sonic's at 5:15 and they said my order was ready but not picked up. Order arrived within the originally promised after I called Grubhub

I'm having trouble with my payout I tried to cash out yesterday and it says my debit card need to be verified then I sent and email and waited for a response.. I go to check my grub hub account today and.
My money is gone and it's not in my bank account..
I had 35.95. I didn't cash it out so where did the money go

Cancel my reoccurring charge.
My son used this service. He no longer lives with me and I do t use it.
Since I dont use Grubhub I do not want to continue paying the monthly charge needed to have food delivered.
I would like the approximately $10.00 per month fee to stop being taken from my Discover card. I dont know what else to write.
