Grubhub - Rude Customer Service
I made a point to leave instructions on how to deliver my order and even contacted Grub Hub to confirm these instructions. I get a person on chat that is rude and cancels the conversation before I am done and I get in a text fight between me and the delivery driver saying that my instructions were confusing.
Keep in mind, my instructions were to deliver the food to the 6th floor of a building. Apparently, that is too difficult of instructions. She proceeds to go at it with me through text. Who is the customer here?
Luckily it's all in writing. I got nothing for this inconvenience.
I so far have no food, no alternative from customer service, and I am being ignored. Is this what you call good customer service?
