Grubhub - RUDE delivery driver
Ordered a late lunch to be delivered to our office. While the food arrived on time, the delivery driver was incredibly rude!
I had neglected to put our suite # on the order (there are just 2 companies on our floor) and Doona (the delivery driver) called me and I missed her call. A minute later when I saw her message, I went out to the lobby and retrieved our order.
Donna was very huffy with me and said "you have to put a number on your order" and then pulled out her phone and showed me that the order didn't have a suite number and told me "how inconvenient" I was to not put a suite number on the order. Very very rude-and sadly I had already given a 20% tip when I placed my order.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $25.
