We recently ordered lunch for clients and when the order came, 2 lunches were missing. Mistakes happen, but what happened next came as a shock--when I spoke with customer service, they informed me I would have to place an entirely new order for the missing items, and wait another hour or more.

Customer service should obviously contact the restaurant and the driver to coordinate so that the customer's missing items are expedited.

Their current policy of penalizing the customer further is ridiculous. We will never use Grubhub again for our office food delivery, especially when there are plenty of other delivery services to choose from.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $25.

Preferred solution: Change your policy!!.
