Placed an order for pizza. The order went through, they took the money, sent a confirmation and estimated time for delivery.
Two hours later still waiting for the pizza, called they tried to call the restaurant and said they couldn’t get hold of them and it must be closed. I googled the phone number of the restaurant and they answered right away. Grubhub just kept saying they didn’t know what happened, as the restaurant informed me that they don’t work with Grubhub anymore. My biggest issue was that it took me calling and being angry for them to realize that the order wasn’t taken care of.
Customer service rep promised to refund the money and put a credit on my account and none of those things have happened. Will never use this service again, and fortunately there are plenty options in my area so I don’t have too!
