Grubhub - Very late delivery!
I work at the Hilton Garden Inn at the front desk and this morning I ordered from Grub Hub. I figured it would be nice to try it and that way I would not have to go pick it up.
Anyways, I made the order around 7:50 AM almost 8 this morning. And the wait said about 90 minutes.. so I figured okay seems fair enough, that way they have enough time to deliver it on time. To conclude this issue, I received my order around 10:40.
The delivery man was kind enough to say that he was so sorry they took almost 3 hours for my food! In the end I could not eat my food because my break was at 10 AM so my food is just sitting in the back untouched.
If this was the first time I ordered and this is the case than I see no future business with Grub Hub. So my question now, is there any kind of redemption for this poor service because I see no way why I would have to pay for an almost 3 hour delivery.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $15.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Grubhub Cons: Delivery time.
