we ordered dinner tonight that was supposed to be delivered by 8:00. When the food was very late we started sending emails.

After two hours they we were told the food wasn't coming and there was nothing they could do. Joe, grubhubs customer care manager could only say sorry but there was nothing they could do, and they weren't going to stop using this restaurant! How can they expect to have customers return to their site!! How is this acceptable??

They gave us a $10 credit.

How is $10 worth explaining to my children that there is no dinner?? This is beyond unacceptable!

Wait! Are you seriously telling us that because GrubHub did not deliver, your children went without dinner?

Also, I would like to point out how self-entitled you must be to expect them to discontinue their contract with a restaurant that others enjoy, based on your one experience?! Unreal you are!
