After a couple hours on the phone they gave me a refund.

If I could give less than one star I absolutely would. I ordered six meals with 5 drinks.
When my order came less than half of my food was included, and only one drink. I contacted GrubHub and waited on hold forever. Eventually they told me that my full order was being remade and they were refunding the delivery fee. The restaurant stated that they were only making the missing items, so I contact GrubHub again.
They stated there was a misunderstanding and that on top of that they were not going to be picking up my missing items and bringing them to me. I told them that was not reasonable to me and that I was told my full order was being remade. They repeated that it was not going to be remade and that they were not going to pick it up. I told them I wanted to speak to a manager and the gentleman literally told me to have a nice day and hung up on me.
I called back to speak to a manager and never ended up resolved. I will NEVER use their service again!
